Blackberry Walnut Chocolate Shakeology
Blackberries give this shake lots of fiber, and a generous serving of walnuts provide healthy fats, to keep you feeling satisfied longer.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries
- 2 Tbsp. chopped raw walnuts
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
Preparation:
Place almond milk, Shakeology, blackberries, walnuts, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
